Building Careers: WCC's 1st Commencement for Bread and Pastry Production NCII Scholars of Congressman Marvin Rillo
World Citi Colleges (WCC) proudly shares the successful culmination of the 1st Commencement Exercises for the Bread and Pastry Production NCII Program, an initiative in partnership with Congressman Marvin Rillo and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
This program, established through the visionary partnership of Congressman Marvin Rillo, TESDA and WCC, aims to provide accessible and high-quality technical education opportunities to individuals who want to empower themselves with education and skills development.
With great pride and honor, WCC congratulates the 277 scholars who have completed the rigorous training and education required for the Bread and Pastry Production NCII program. Under the guidance and mentorship of dedicated instructors and industry professionals, the graduates of the Bread and Pastry Production NCII program have acquired essential knowledge and skills in baking and pastry arts.
WCC extends its sincerest gratitude to Congressman Marvin Rillo, TESDA Director Nomer Pascual, and all the partners and stakeholders involved in this program.
