Quezon City, Philippines – World Citi Colleges (WCC) held today, August 2, 2024, its 2nd Pinning and Candle Lighting Ceremony for 29 incoming 4th-year psychology students. Themed “Illuminate, Empower, Transform”, the event marked the readiness of these students to embrace the next chapter of their academic and professional journey as future Psychology practitioners.

The ceremony, a key tradition at WCC, serves as a testament to their growth, dedication, and preparation to embrace the responsibilities and challenges of their future careers in psychology.

Mr. Raymond Patrick V. Guico, President of World Citi Colleges and a psychologist at heart, delivered an inspiring address during the event. President Guico encouraged the students to embrace compassion, humility, and understanding, highlighting how these qualities will significantly impact their journey.

The ceremony was attended by faculty, staff, families, and distinguished guests, who gathered to celebrate the students' achievements and support them as they prepare for their final year of study.
