The School of International Hospitality Management (SIHM) in collaboration with the Community Extension and Services Office (CESO) conducted the 𝑴𝒆𝒂𝒕 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎 as one of the components of the 𝑷𝑹𝑶𝑱𝑬𝑪𝑻 𝑺𝑻𝑨𝑳𝑶 (𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑨𝒏𝒅 𝑳𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝑶𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔) for mothers and women of Brgy. Cuyambay, Tanay, Rizal last January 20, 2024.


The Project STALO is a sustainable livelihood program that equips the community members’ with skills, trainings and various income generating projects that will help them to improve their socio-economic conditions. This program is open to unemployed, less cash-assisted and low-income women and mothers of the adopted barangay.

Fifteen (15) participants served as the beneficiaries of the meat processing program. Other than the start-up kit, they also received the start-up capital for the said program. They were also able to participate in the hands-on training sessions of the meat processing techniques, and allowed them to practice under supervision.

The said program was facilitated by the officers and members of CHAMP organization of the SIHM department with the support of the faculty members and non-teaching personnel.
