World Citi Colleges signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) to develop educational cooperation and promote mutual understanding in various academic of areas of interest to result in higher quality education, the discovery of the latest information, access to best industry practices, and enhanced skills development.

Both institutions agree to develop the following collaborative activities in the academic areas of interest, such as the exchange of faculty and researchers, collaborative research, extension projects, lectures, symposia, and capacity-building programs.

Present during the signing were the Chancellor of the University of the Philippines Los Baños, Dr. Jose Camacho Jr., Vice Chancellor for Research and Extension, Dr. Nathaniel Bantayan, Director of the Office for Institutional Development in Higher Education, Dr. Greg T. Pawilen, World Citi Education System President, Mr. Raymond Patrick V. Guico, and WCC-ATC Vice President for Academics Dr. Roger Martinez.
