WCC inks historical partnership with Premium Healthcare Providers (PHP), owned by Filipino couple who are WCC alumni. It is also a leading staffing agency in Canada to provide career opportunities for WCC nursing students and graduates.

Mr. Raymond Patrick V. Guico, president of World Citi Colleges (WCC), and Mr. Joseph Bernard Garcia, CEO of Premium Healthcare Providers (PHP) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) on November 17, 2022, at the Sheraton Hotel, Toronto, Canada.

The momentous partnership aims to provide better career development and increase the success of Filipino students who would like to study and migrate to Canada.

Premium Healthcare Providers (PHP) is owned by Filipino couple, Bernard and Liezl Garcia, registered nurses and WCC alumni. PHP is also one of the leading staff agencies in Canada and recently won the bid to staff 22 hospitals in Ontario.
