World Citi Colleges (WCC) and WCC Aeronautical & Technological College (WCC ATC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Assam Down Town University (ADTU) of India yesterday, launching a partnership focused on providing international exposure, joint research, and hands-on training to enrich academic and professional development in health sciences and other fields.
Dr. Mrinmoy Basak, representing ADTU, visited WCC to formalize the agreement, where he was warmly welcomed by WCC’s deans and Director of International Affairs and Strategic Partnerships Dick Eugenio.
The collaboration will focus on initiatives such as student and faculty exchanges, joint research, academic enrichment programs, and internship opportunities—all designed to provide international exposure and foster global learning.
ADTU in India is renowned for its health sciences programs and its affiliated hospital, much like WCC, which also offers similar healthcare-focused programs and operates its own hospital. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to advancing global education standards, equipping students with essential skills for the healthcare industry, and fostering a collaborative, international learning environment that will benefit both institutions' communities.
