World Citi Colleges (WCC) has taken a significant stride in solidifying its global presence and commitment to international collaboration. During the  2023 China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week (CAECW), held on August 30, 2023, at Songbai Hall in China, WCC formalized a partnership with Guangzhou Xinhua University through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

This collaboration is a direct outcome of the Philippines-China University President Cooperation Dialogue, an initiative spearheaded by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) in collaboration with the Guizhou Provincial Department of Education. It aims to foster cross-cultural exposure through initiatives such as student and faculty mobility, collaborative research endeavors, and the exchange of academic resources in fields including allied health, tourism, and business programs. By uniting their strengths, WCC and Guangzhou Xinhua University are poised to elevate the educational experience for students and faculty alike. 

The MoU signing ceremony was witnessed by CHED Chairperson J. Prospero E. De Vera III, Director of International Affairs Service Lily Freida Milla, and other esteemed CHED officials which highlights the significance of this collaboration in advancing global education.

The Philippines-China University President Cooperation Dialogue has emerged as a pivotal platform for Higher Education Institutions from both nations to come together and shape the future of global education.
