The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing took place on June 14 at IBT College in Ontario, Canada, with the presence of WCC President Raymond Patrick Guico, Joe Shokour President and Chief Executive Officer, IBT Education and Technology Group, James Rice, Vice President, Deputy General Consul Rodney Jonas L. Sumague and Consul Mary Grace V. Villamayor. 

Through this partnership, WCC students will have access to international diplomas from IBT College in Canada, featuring immersive learning experiences enhanced by virtual reality technology.
