Binalonan, Pangasinan – In an initiative to empower educators and align with the evolving educational landscape and sustainable developmental goals, World Citi Colleges (WCC) and WCC Aeronautical & Technological College recently conducted its Faculty Development Program titled "Future-Ready Education: Blending Culture, Sustainability, and Innovation in the Classroom." Held on July 30-31, 2024, at the WCC-ATC Multipurpose Hall in Pangasinan, the event brought together faculty members from the five campuses of the World Citi Education System.

Dr. Jonathan Rante-Carreon, VP for Academic Affairs at Huachiew Chalermprakiet University in Bangkok, Thailand, delivered an insightful session on "Sustainable Development Goals in Education: Transforming Teaching for Global Impact." His talk emphasized the crucial role of sustainability in shaping future-ready education.
Pastor Manric Tan Pascual, Senior Pastor at Horizon Ministries, inspired attendees with his presentation on "Achieving Excellence: Cultivating a Culture of Purposeful Learning." Pastor Pascual's session highlighted the importance of fostering a learning environment that encourages excellence and purposeful engagement.
Dr. Mark Kristian Ledda, Program Chair for the Masters of Information Technology at Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University – La Union Campus, shared his expertise on "Artificial Intelligence & Pedagogy: Modern Strategies & Assessment Techniques." Dr. Ledda's discussion provided valuable insights into integrating AI and modern pedagogical strategies to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
